when your waterproof mascara starts running you know your working up a sweat, for sure.
here’s my little story.
Since May 2014, I unintentional or unconsciously had been losing weight. I am currently holding steady at 10+ lb weight loss.… no gimmicks or potions. its all due to exercise and well portioned meals, ok maybe a stomach flu or two. BUT that’s just another reminder what kind of crap we put into our bodies. I am no where near where I want to be health wise physically or mentally. I will keep moving forward though. some days I feel so tired I want to give up work and school and workout so I fall off the wagon. a day or two later I’ll be back on when I feel the fat come back. ha ha the best part of all this is the compliments I get from my co-workers, family I have seen in awhile and friends. the best two came from my aunt rose, “Bonna have you lost weight, your glowing.” and from a secretary at school “Levonne are you losing weight you look great, your wasting away.”
I have also knocked off 20 points off my blood pressure. now people with hypertension issues listen up. I had been in the 120s/80s which is still good but now I’m in the 100s/60s. a little exercise and weight control can help.
